Can’t add my debit card to wallet or apple pay
Every time trying to add my debit card to wallet or apple pay it gives me an error im not sure what is the reason for that

Did you contact the card issuer? Check your Apple ID region to make sure it is correct and make sure the region is correct on your device. Make sure you are using a passcode, Go to these links and make sure you follow the instructions on each one - Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support , Apple Pay participating banks in Canada, Latin America, and the United States - Apple Support
