Deleting apps iOS 13.3

Not all apps can be deleted. However, go to Settings>Screen Time, Restrictions and see if you have any restrictions on that would prevent deleting apps.

Thanks! That was it. Deleting apps were disabled in iTunes & App Store Purchases menu.

Lay your finger on the icon, hold it there past the time that the menu pops up, and it should change over to the icons jiggling and the X should appear.

What happens when you lay your finger on the app and let it rest there (don't push). The apps don't start jiggling?

Yes you get a menu, edit home screen and share. However there is no option to delete an app and once I chose “edit home screen” icons started jiggling, but there are no “x” at the corners of the icons and there is no obvious way to delete an app from there. On can only rearrange layouts.
