I need to get a refund but it says it’s not available and it was an accidental purchase that needs to be removed

I need a refund for an accidental purchase fir a yearly subscription and I have been through all the steps but it says refund is not available but I already canceled the subscription. How do I get the charge off my card and the subscription canceled?

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
