Can I downgrade to Mojave 10.14.4 Mojave From Catalin. I need to do this for use of Pro tools. Will I loose information already installed on hard drive? Will I loose I movie and events + movies downloaded?

I believe that backup may have corrupt/viruses or issues with security and pro tools does not run on that software. its my fault for not checking the drivers for the eleven rack. Pro tools has a Catlania version but the are not programmed at this point. I get stuck in this programing nightmare about every year.

There is no possible way it has viruses as there are none.
If ProTools doesn’t run on the version of the OS you had backed up, how were you running it before Catalina?
Unless you have a copy of the 10.14.4 installer, there is no way to install that.
Just erase your drive and restore from the backup you made before you upgraded.
Did the computer ship with Catalina pre-installed?
