If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support


Or try here.

If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support


It helps if you explain in detail what is happening when you try to backup. Saying “I can’t backup” is a little vague.
