Bootcamp broken after resizing partition.

Hi,

I’m having trouble booting into my BootCamp after I used a tool called MiniTool Partition Wizard.

What I did was I used it to shrink my BootCamp for free space storage for a Third Partition that I wanted to use for Linux. It was working for a while and then stopped.

I’m able to view BootCamp in Settings are Startup Disk. The files are visible in Finder.

The BootCamp Partition boots up to a black screen. I’ve tried to use Windows USB to get into recovery in hope to repair. However it wasn’t working.

Next, I tried to use diskpart on the Windows USB but it was not able to find my BootCamp volume.

I would be really appreciative if someone could help me. Thanks.

Start over. Erase and format the drive then reinstall your MacOS then use Boot Camp Assistant to reinstall Windows this time selecting the size you want. Yiou can not have a third Linux partition a Boot Camp partition is present. Install Linux using a virtual machine or install Linux on an external drive.

Update:

Anyone knows the solution to rebuild BCD? I was trying to use a bootable USB but it does not recognize my internal drive when using a USB. Only through the internal Windows Recovery, it detected them.

I believe my situation isn't that bad, BOOTCAMP is visible in Finder, ALSO I'm able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment.

SOLVED!

Turns out the I've forgotten to add the BootCamp Drivers to the Bootable USB. After that is done. I simply went to Command Prompt on Windows Recovery and ran Bootrec.exe /RebuildMbr.
