Can’t find any update for cellular network and it keeps telling me no service

Please how can I solve the problem of my iPhone telling me to update cellular network which is not available?

Well if this...If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support...is not your issue.

Then it could be this...iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support
