I am trying to pair a new apple watch series 5 to my sons iphone 6. Pairing keeps failing. I keep getting message that iphone ios must be updated, but it is updated to latest version; 12.4.4
apple watch message also noted phone must have ios version of 12 or later. trying to figure out what to do!
