MacBook pro 15inch mid 2015 keep shutting off after upgrade

I just upgraded OS to Catalina the other day, and now, it keeps shutting itself down occasionally. When it happens, I cannot use power key to turn it back on. Pressing other keys don't work either. The only way I found is, to plug it in to power outlet. Then it turns itself on automatically. Does anyone having the same issue?
