How to buy music on Mac and new Ipad pro

Trying to buy music either on Mac or on new ipad pro ... can't figure it out. Been buying music for years, and now don't know how to do it. Frustrating.

You still buy music from iTunes store. Go to Preference> general and make sure iTunes store is checked.
