Is this email really from Apple or is this a scam?

im wanting to know if this is really an email from Apple or if it’s just a scam because I was recently scammed in a similar fashion

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Yes, this is a Phishing email designed to steal your credentials. Since you were recently scammed in similar fashion, it will help you to review:

  1. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
  2. Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

It's a 100% scam. Notice the bad grammar and spelling mistakes!

FYI: Apple got your details on file and will always address you with your Full Name.

Not Dear Customer, Dear Client, Dear your-email-address, Dear Apple User, or something similar.

It is a phishing attempt. Apple will not address you as Customer, or with just an email address. You can forward the email to Apple as an attachment to reportphishing@apple.com, and then delete it. Apple will not put a hyperlink in an email for you to click to manage your account either. See these links about phishing attempts and recognizing phony mail.
