Issue with iPhone Lock Screen Image

Just changed my wallpaper and no matter what image I use to for my wallpaper, the lock screen is faded in the background. I turned my phone off and on to see if it would fix the issue but no luck. Before changing the wallpaper I was able to see the previous image.
