After upgrading to Catalina on my iMac, I get the following error when using Music.
The Music library file cannot be saved. A file was specified instead of a folder.
As a result, I cannot download any Music from my iTunes Match account.
Any solution? Thanks.
Yes. Same problem. No Solution. Been swearing at this stupid computer all morning. Not even that helped. What a dog-arsed system this iTunes (now "music") rubbish is. I have an MP3 and want to hear it on my phone / watch. No can do.

I might add to my rant above that I spent about half an hour on the phone with apple support just now. I read them the error, they wanted to look into it and then put me in a holding music loop. @apple: A holding music loop is no substitute for the songs that I wanted to hear.
