Left Airpod louder than right one and Airpods pausing randomly

Hi,

So I've had my airpods for about 3 weeks now, and just today when I picked them up to listen to Spotify I realised that the audio in the left Airpod was higher than the right one, I reset the airpods, cleaned them but it still is the same. Same day after listen for about 40 seconds the volume pauses. The Aidpods dont disconnect, it just pauses the volume that is currently playing and I've to start it again.

Don't feel like turning them back if it can be fixed.

Hi MarcusWllin,

It seems like you're having some trouble with AirPods and I want to help.

If it seems like the audio balance is constantly off, you might see if that has been adjusted in Settings.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual.

Adjust the slider accordingly.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
