iTunes charges

Why is my credit card being charged every two weeks for music? Neither my wife or I have downloaded any music, to our knowledge, on either of our IPads.

If it is a recurring charge for the same amount, see: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


If that doesn't help, see the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
