My iMovies doesn't access the library from the Photos App. I just updated my Mac to Catalina and also reset iMovie. Still iMovie won't connect to my Photo Library. Can anyone help?

First, you need to update to the most current updated version of iMovie, because that version dealt with the issue of iMovie not reading the Photos app.
Next, check the Photos app General Preferences and make sure that the box is grayed out that says, "use as system Photos library". That will assure that the library is being used as the system photos library. iMovie will not read the library unless it is the system photos library.
