Export Photos

Hi, my mac storage is full and i wanted to move my photos into external drive. I moved my Photos Library to my external drive but when i imported new photos its not in the external drive.

i decided to export my photos to external drive. Is it safe?

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.13

Probably you haven't set your library on the external drive as default: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201517
