I cannot load the spectrum mobile app

Check to see if there is an update in the App Store. Next restart your phone by turning it off for a couple of minutes (hold the side button until slid to power off appears). If neither of these fix it contact Spectrum support.

How are you trying to load it, and what happens exactly?
I click on the app(on iphone 7)and I get the message unable to load.
