hello, my touch bar is not working on my MacBook Pro 2017. What should I do?

my touch bar is blank, nothing is showing. I can't control brightness, volume or do anything on the touch bar.

yes, I did reset the system management controller, but the problem is still there. I actually reset my MacBook to factory reset, still no improvement.

there's no apple store in my country 🙁
