Apple TV remote

Much like others in the community the touch pad is not to Apple's standards. I'm trying to force close apps that have had some bugs. Double click home and attempt to swipe and it's locked on my home screen while showing the other apps to the left. No big deal, go to the app I want to close and double click again. However, the second I swipe up to close it shoots back to the home screen! Common Apple, we're not your beta testers. So please get your team on this, and fix this issue, or suspend this ability until you get the feature smoothed out!
