Is there a way to upgrade an IMAC 24 Inch 2009?

It's a little late in the game to be spending money on a 2009 iMac, but OWC still has both RAM and SSD upgrade kits.

As mentioned, 10.11 El Capitan would still be the highest macOS that a 2009 iMac could run even with hardware upgrades.
