Apple Music is not working.

I use an iPhone 7 and I am a subscriber to Apple Music. I could no longer listen to any of the songs I have downloaded. I have restarted my phone, signed out and signed back into iTunes, and even reinstalled Apple Music app. But nothing seems to be working. Whenever I try to play music I get the pop up in the attached screenshot.

When I checked now, it’s working fine.
