when i call someone i can’t hear hear them and it shows that my speaker is off how do i put it back on ?

Audio When I call a single person I can’t hear them at all or it is very feint but when I call anyone else I hear them just fine. Why can’t I hear this specific person when I call them? Is there anyway to fix this problem?
