Music stops when videoing with iPhone X

iPhone X 13.2.3 - When I try to take a video with my iPhone the music I am playing on it stops.

How can I keep the music playing?

Video compressed by VLC player does not play audio on iPhone by works ok on andorid ? Any reason why this problem ? Tried with few iPhones but same video plays with audio on Android
