First archive the iCloud data https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204055

And if you have exceeded the maximum storage limit , then downgrade the storage plan https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT207594

How to free up storage space on my Mac? I"m running low on storage because I have 366 GB in other. I just deleted a bunch of files to get some space back because it was affecting performance and then noticed the other... which is grey out. Why is it so high and what can I do to reduce that?
