icloud says its full but i have storage

I have over a TB available but my MACBOOK still says the Cloud is full. What gives?

iCloud storage is not the same as storage on your MacBook.

To see how much iCloud storage you are using:

Click on the apple icon at the menubar

Click on SystemPreferences

Click on your AppleID (on the top at the right side of the window)

At the bottom of the new window you can see how much iCloud storage you are using
