iPhone stuck on update requested
My iPhone 8plus has been stuck on ‘update requested’ for more than 2 months. I’ve tried all solutions that I’ve read. Any reason why this is happening ?

Since you don't really indicate what "all solutions that I've read" means, this is the support document from Apple you need to be working with. You will have to reset the phone and then request the update again. See the instructions here, Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support
