I set up family share for my husband and daughter. How do I share movies that I purchased on Apple TV

I set up a family share plan for my husband and daughter. I figured out the app purchases but how do I share movies purchased on Apple TV?

You will need to activate the Purchase Sharing feature for Family Sharing.

I did enable family sharing and made sure they did as well but I don’t see or possibly understand how they can now view the movies bought in the Apple TV app
