I received an email supposedly from Apple stating my Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. To unlock I must verify my identity. When I hit the unlock account in the email it sends me to an address -qurygoremittapulsa28*.*** and asks for all my personal info including SS#
is this legit?

No. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
If an Apple ID actually gets locked, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.

No, it is a phishing scam. Among other things, if your Apple ID was locked you couldn't log into this forum. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
