Upgrade to Mac Os 10.15 from MacOs 10.10.5

What is the exact model of your MBPro? You can get this information by clicking on the Apple menu and selecting "About this Mac". If the model is listed as 2012 or newer, then search the App Store for "macos" to get the Catalina installer.

If your laptop is older than 2012, then it may only be able to support macOS 10.11 El Capitan or macOS 10.13 High Sierra.
