Screen time passcode problem

My daughters iPad is asking for this- I am certain I never set one. I have googled how to resolve and the only solution I keep finding is to reset the iPad. I would do this- but it won’t let me as I need the screen time passcode. 🤯any advice please?!

Hello,

Unfortunately you must now restore this iPad to factory settings.

Please refer to the following Apple Support documents.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
