I want to deleted my Apple ID

all I want to do is deleted my Apple ID they won’t let me because I have 82 cents on the Apple account I don’t want the 82 cents I just want it deleted!!!

contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
