order scammer?

i received a email from japacoder@apple.com for a problem with my order. i did order a phone and got a email from them asking for my number and want to confirm if it legit or a scam before i continue. don't worry about the topics couldn't find the topic for scammers.

Try Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support and Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
