Apparently 1pqd 13.2.3 added a side reading pane to email. How do i stop it from opening the small pane and open full screen?

You cannot remove that preview pane when viewing emails in landscape mode on an iPad. It has been this way forever. If you are using the iPad in portrait mode, just swipe right to left across the screen to remove the preview panel.
