Family sharing

How can you share things like calendar, photos, space, etc but not the ability to purchase items such Apps, Music, etc?

Family sharing; only storage? With icloud family sharing, I would only like to allow family to use storage, but nothing else - no Apps, no Apple TV, no books; nothing. Is this possible? Thank you.

You can share Calendars and Photos without Family Sharing. What else do you want to share?
