Lost watch data when swapping phones

When swapping for a new phone i lost two days of activity data on the watch app. The rings.. That was because the watch had a two day old backup and dis not create a new one when pairing for a new phone.

The data that are missing is still on the old phone. Is there any solution to fix this? How can I get the data from the old phone over to the new one and to the watch without deleting anything else?
