didnt back up phone

is there any way to retrieve all the contents of my phone if it was not backed up on icloud and my old phone has been restored to factory settings

Recover data & restore phone I accidentally backed up my iPhone to an old back up from 2019 when trying to update my iTunes and don’t know how to recover my photos, contacts, messages, or anything else. And my iCloud storage was full so not everything was backed up to the iCloud. Can this be rectified somehow?

You cannot restore if you do not have a backup.

Some of the stuff will automatic transfer if you have in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Messages, Contacts, Calendars : ON

Assuming you use the same Apple ID & password.
