cant delete bootcamp partion

Have a stray partion left from a messed up bootcamp install and partion - tried memoving partion in disk utilities but it doesnt work.

here is the disk utility list output file

ran that and it wont let me remove through bootcamp - option to remove partion doesnt come up

this is what i have now.
