Roku Apple TV app won’t play my library

I have Apple TV app on roku and have free one year subscription. When I go to my library I can see movies I own on Apple. But when I try to play get error saying content not available now try later. Been that way since the first day. Fix?

Apple TV movie not loading on Roku Device I have already purchased a movie on the Apple TV app on my Roku device. The app loads just fine, but my purchases will not load. I have tried reinstalling the app, restarting the roku device, unplugging the router, turning off the automatic refresh rate, screen casting it with Airplay (which would not connect in the first place), and clearing the play and search history. Is there a way to get the movie to load?

Roku app says "video unavailable" My wife and I are using the Apple TV app on Roku, and we have NEVER been able to watch anything. Every Apple TV+ film or series we have attempted to watch has returned a screen that says "Video Unavailable." We have tried updating the app, updating the Roku, reinstalling the app, uninstalling the app then restarting the Roku then reinstalling the app. Nothing has made any difference. Has anyone had a similar problem? Does anyone have a suggestion?

Did you try updating the Roku software? The Apple TV app may need the latest firmware.
