Magic Mouse right and left click not working after installing High Sierra

After installing High Sierra my mouse quit allowing me to right or left click.

In System Preferences : Mouse : Point & Click, do you have Secondary click selected? Tracking speed slightly more than midway. These are my settings and I have both R & L mouse clicks working in High Sierra, Mojave, and Catalina. Using a Magic Mouse 2.
