I was contacted about fraud in my account

I received a call twice today about someone hacking to my iCloud. Is this true? Or is this a scam? The number was unknown

It is a scam. Apple does not make unsolicited phone calls. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
