question regarding an email i recieved about a purchase

I received an email at 10:55am stating

Apple Store

Receipt your Payment for App Store

Its for 50.99. Which I don't have in my acct anyway. but when I look up the app it shows Its been downloaded? I didn't do this.

iPhone 8, iOS 13

has your credit card been charged? Are you sure the message is legitimate? Does it contain a link for you to sign in somewhere? It may be a scam. Check your purchases history.
