Mac 'Photos' not importing all photos from Iphone 11 ProMax

My iPhone 11 Pro Max and my Macbook Air both have the latest OS loaded. I just took 122 photos (pictures of household inventory for file) and when I tried to import them only 22 show up. I can still see all 122 on my phone in the 'Recents' album. I did not go any further since I don't want to re-take the photos when this is resolved.

HELP!!!

You know what they say.... if all else fails, reboot. I rebooted the phone and the Mac and they are all there now. Weird! Anywya, problem 'resolved'.
