I used my iPad with external keyboards (Smart Keyboard Folio and a Smart Keyboard) and command-tab will often stop working. Restarting the iPad fixes the issue briefly, but the (lack of) behavior will always return. The keyboard works fine otherwise, and even holding down the tab key invokes the menu of commands available using the modifier key. Has anyone found a fix?

Previously, I also reset my iPad to its factory settings and restore using iCloud, the whole process didn’t take long so I’m really surprised, wow.
