Child ID/Family sharing but don’t want to share photos

I want to create an Apple ID for my child and add to family sharing but I don’t want all my photos on my phone/iPad to share to his account. How do I prevent this?

iPad mini, iOS 11

Family Sharing does not share all of your photos. Only photos you copy in to the Shared Family album.
