Can I charge my Ipod Touch with a QI charger?

There are several inexpensive third party Qi wireless receiver add-ons that plug into your iPod's lightning port on your ipod for use with a Qi charging pad. Of course you lose the use of your lightning port when it's being used. Google for Wireless Charging Receiver for iPhone.
