Hello! The purchase of Roblox in the Roblox game through the iTunes Store was paid for.In iTunes, the purchase is not displayed and the account in the game Roblox is not received.Purchase was made 13.11.2019 What to do? Thanks!

If the purchase shows as successfully paid on the iTunes account's purchase history contact the game's developer. If they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

If it's not showing on the account's purchase history : See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

it implies the purchase wasn't successful, if you are seeing a charge on your credit card it might just be a : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
