iPod 6 software update stuck

The iOS 12.1.1 software update is stuck on "estimating time remaining" on my iPod Touch gen 6. Any ideas to restart the software update???

Your iPod cannot update to 12.1.1 anymore because that's not the latest anymore and it's no longer being signed. The latest for your device is 12.4.3. Try to update with iTunes instead.
