Ripped CD tracks in Catalina's Music app not playing in sequence

An album I imported into Music is refusing to play in sequence. The songs are correctly labeled and numbered. Is there anything else I might to to force the right order in playback?

Actually, ALL my music is skipping within albums. Will reboot.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

I deleted some extra older files in the music folder (xml and itl) and that cured the problem.
