iPad Air 2 WiFi not working

Hello everyone!

I having issues with WiFi on my iPad. It connects to router but not showing icon on status bar and internet is not working. Settings app shows that it connected to WiFi and router web interface shows it as well. I tried to connect to my phone WiFi, reboot iPad and router, network settings reset, all settings reset. Nothing happens. iPad runs on latest iPadOS 13.2.2.
